GPS Coordinates: 13 51 41.66 N - 100 47 59.52 E
Direction : Take the Ramindra-At Narong expressway (Pradit Manutham road) direction Ramindra.
On Ramindra head to Minburi. Pass the Fashion Island department Store.
When arriving in Minburi main crossroad  (Ramindra-Seree 2 or Sukhapiban 2),
Zero your odometer and take to the left direction Chachungsao (Road 304).Pass in front of Carrefour supermarket Minburi branch.
On 2.8 K on your odometer, take left direction Lamlukka.
On this road immediately U TURN. After the U TURN first road to the left Thanon Prachai RuamChai (KM 3.5 on your ODO).
Pass in front of Interkids school and the Thanon View Golf course entrance(KM 6.5 on your ODO)
Continue on Thanon Prachai RuamChai.After Soi 73, the road change name and becomes Thanon Mitmaitree.Turn left in Soi 28 (KM 10.6 on your ODO)-Clearly marked-Follow the signs to the Korean School Bangkok-Do not park into the school.Follow light blue parking signs and follow marshals instructions.

There will be several water supply stations during the race. However, each competitor is required to start the race with at least two litre of mineral water. This is not provided so please get organized

  • 06:00 The free shuttle bus to the venue  will leave the Rembrandt hotel
  • 06:30-7:45 Registration and collection of Race numbers
  • 07:45 Race briefing
  • 08:30 Race Start
  • 15:00 Race End
  • 13:30 Spectacle-Show-Sports demonstartions
  • 14:30 Lunch buffet picnic style for all
  • 15:00 Trophy ceremony
  • 17:00 The free shuttle bus will leave the venue back to the Rembrandt hotel
Safety:

The safety issue is for us extremely important. An ambulance, two nurses and a doctor from Bumrungrad Hospital will be on duty that day.  The race has been specially designed to allow this medical staff on the scene in a matter of minutes in case of an emergency.

Adventure racing is a challenging sport, but teamwork and good sportsmanship are integral parts of making it a safe event. Pay attention to the needs of your teammates and other teams. If someone needs help, stop and help them.

Also, please come well prepared: mentally, physically, logistically.

Safety Considerations specific to this event include: Dehydration/ Hyponatremia; Exposure/Hypothermia; Wildlife (snakes, spiders, stray dogs, mosquitoes…..); travel through rugged areas (abrasions, twisted ankles, etc).

Weather: It is expected to be hot and humid (35 degrees celcius ) during the day. Please prepare for weather.
Free transportation:

A free shuttle bus will transport competitors to the venue.The meeting point is in front of the Rembrandt Hotel on Saturday February 11, 2012. The bus will leave at 6am sharp. Book your seat.No booking, no seat.
The shuttle bus will leave the venue at 5:00pm back to Rembrandt hotel.
